Where are you located?I live in Belleville and work within the Belleville, Prince Edward County and Quinte area.

What steps are you taking during the COVID-19 pandemic?During recent lockdowns, we have had time to live in our homes and really evaluate areas that aren't working. I respect COVID-19 protocols, so these are the steps I'm taking: All team members are evaluated prior to each work day to ensure wellness. I sanitize all supplies and tools prior to and at the end of each day. All team members wear masks throughout the day while in your home; wash their hands regularly; use hand sanitizer regularly; and remain within a safe distance while working with you.

How much do you charge for organizing?Project costs vary and some take several days over a period of weeks or months to complete. Generally one full day in-home organizing session costs $450. If you would like to schedule an appointment click here, or e-mail ashley@organizedmess.ca.

How long will it take to organize my mess?Each 'mess' is different and depends on the size of the home or office. Some people are able to purge quickly; some people need more time to part with items. It's a process that takes time and requires kindness.

Will you make me throw out everything?No, your stuff is your stuff and only you can make the final decision on what you will get rid of or keep. I will advise and support you as you organize your home, car, office, life...

Do you do all of the work for me?Yes and no. I work closely with you; implement storage solutions and strategies; and style your space BUT initially you have to handle the items you will keep or pass on to family/friends before the next phase of the project. Once decisions are made about what stays and what goes, I work my magic and may bring in some team muscle to organize your space.
